  • Should therapy / Counselling be recommended for all people?
    While not everyone needs professional counselling, an initial consultation can help determine if our services would be beneficial for you. We encourage booking a session with us to assess whether we can provide assistance.
  • Will my information remain secure and confidential?
    Our platform and professionals uphold the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality. Session notes are only accessible to the treating professional, and may not be shared without the client's signed consent.
  • What is the duration of each session?
    The duration of each session is one hour.
  • How will I connect and communicate with the therapist?
    Once you fill out the form and make the payment, we will forward your case to the counsellor / therapist and you shall receive an acknowledgment in a day or two.
  • How many therapy / Counselling sessions will I need?
    The duration of counselling can vary widely, ranging from a few weeks to months or even years, depending on the individual and their needs. Some clients prefer occasional annual check-ins. The number of sessions is decided jointly by the client and therapist.
  • If I request to change the Counsellor, how would you help me?
    We're here to provide you with the best experience possible. Please mail to reach@bepositivemindtherapist.com with a note of concern to provide a suitable counselor.
  • What is a cancellation policy?
    Unfortunately, cancellations and refunds are not available. However, you can reschedule your session as long as you provide 24 hours notice. Sessions are considered used if you fail to attend without prior notice, except in cases of genuine emergency.
